Cancel my subscription

Log in to your desktop dashboard

Once logged in to your desktop dashboard, click on the highlighted icon below in the top right of your dashboard.

Important: If you do not see the 'Billing' tab in your Desktop Dashboard, follow the instructions here to submit your cancellation request.

Then, click on "Billing"

From the billing portal, you will be able to proceed with your cancellation by clicking on "Cancel plan"
