Focusing on Retention to Effectively Work from Home - or in the Office Follow
Working from home can be a challenge. When you’re outside of your normal rhythm, it can be hard to be productive. If you find yourself needing to work from home for a short or extended period of time (or if you have a lull in your workload at the office), take the opportunity to:
-
Build your network by sharing your app. Think through previous networking events you've attended or look through your LinkedIn contacts to start sharing your app with people who may not already have it. If you don't have their phone number, you can share your app by sharing your unique app link.
-
Review your tapper list to make sure all of your key customers, business contacts, and referral partners have your app.
-
Reach out and check on how your existing customers are doing, how they’re enjoying their new or renovated home, and whether or not they have any questions about their loan or have something else you can assist with.
Studies show that retention is critically important for continued business success. Though maintaining a strong customer base may not be as exciting as closing a big deal, you’ve likely heard that it’s 5 times more expensive to attract new customers than it is to just keep the customers you already have. This means that keeping customers happy can really help a company’s or salesperson’s profitability.
