Editing Your App
This is the fourth session in our series of self-guided training modules to help you get started (or restarted) with your CardTapp app and get the most value out of it. We want you to be wildly successful with your app, so please reach out (support@cardtapp.com) if you have any questions or want to set up time to brainstorm ideas to share or market your app.
For this session, you will need:
- A computer
- Your username and password for TappTracker and your desktop dashboard
- A current headshot
Before you start sharing, it's important to make sure that your app is accurate and that you are comfortable with your app's tools and resources. It’s easy to confirm your app is ready to go and easy to make changes if that is needed.
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the:
- 'Images and Theme' tab to adjust your headshot or app icon
- Select the applicable tab
- Click the "Add/Change Photo" button
- Select a photo
- 'Details' tab to adjust any incorrect or outdated contact information
- 'Social Media' to add your social media links
Be sure to click the button at the bottom of the section after making changes to save.
If you can't adjust your information, it's likely because your company has set your view to "read only". Contact support@cardtapp.com if there's an error that needs adjusted.
