CardTapp 101: Session 3 - Desktop Dashboard Follow
Get Started with CardTapp (Desktop Dashboard)
This is the third session in our series of guided training modules to help you get started (or restarted) with your CardTapp app and get the most value out of it. We want you to be wildly successful with your app, so please reach out (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any questions or want to set up time to brainstorm ideas to share or market your app.
For this session, you will need:
- A computer
- Your welcome email from email@example.com that contains your personalized app login link
- Assigned username and current password
The final part of your CardTapp solution is the Desktop Dashboard - this piece is very similar to TappTracker and is another way to get that behind-the-scenes view of how people are interacting with your Tapper app. Remember the Tapper app is your customer-facing app. Like TappTracker, the Desktop Dashboard gives you valuable insight on your Tappers and their activity. The dashboard is where you can customize your app and export Tapper data. It’s also the part of the solution that is intended to be accessed on a computer rather than a phone. To log in to your desktop dashboard:
- Click on your personalized app login link in your welcome email from firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enter your credentials from your welcome email and click "Log In" (If you changed your password when you logged in to your TappTracker app, use that password)
- Click "Log in"
