How to Use Tags to Identify Hot Leads Follow
Adding tags is an easy way to categorize and manage app users. It's also a great way to identify and proactively engage with leads who are interested in certain products or services. Moreover, you are able to pinpoint leads that may have specific questions about a solution you offer.
Here are some ways you can use tags to help identify hot leads to focus follow-up and close more deals.
Add tags based on app activity
Sort Activity to Identify Interested Leads
Navigate to the 'Interactions' tab of the dashboard and click the "Activity" column header to sort by the type of interaction. (Use the dropdown menu to review a larger number of interactions at once.)
Once activity is sorted, look for leads that have accessed a resource multiple times. This typically indicates interest in the offering.
Click on a lead's name to pull up their Tapper Record and add or select tags.
Filter for Specific Activity
To filter by a specific type of activity, type the activity into the Search bar of the 'Interactions' tab and follow a similar process to identify leads who are ready to buy or who may have questions.
Use Tags to Inform a Follow-up Plan
Once you have added tags to leads who are likely interested in a specific product or service, you can either download Tapper data to analyze the information in a program like Excel, or you can filter by a desired tag by typing it in the Search bar of the 'Tappers' tab or using the filter functionality.
