Set an Auto-Response on your Business Line Follow
If you have a Pro subscription, you have a business line to use for SMS Marketing. Many members treat this number as a business cell phone to keep business and personal text messages separate. When you are out of the office (or have an important message to share), you can add an auto-response message to your business line. To set up an auto-response message:
Navigate to the 'SMS Messages' tab of the dashboard
Turn the "Auto responder" toggle button at the bottom of the screen to "On", type your desired auto-response message with any merge fields desired, and click the "Update" button.
Turn the "Auto responder" toggle back to "Off" to stop the auto-reply message. Only one automatic reply will be sent to a number in a given day.
