Set an Auto-Response on your Business Line Follow
If you have a Pro subscription, you have a business line to use for SMS Marketing. Many members treat this number as a business cell phone to keep business and personal text messages separate. When you are out of the office (or have an important message to share), you can add an auto-response message to your business line. To set up an auto-response message:
Navigate to the 'SMS Messages' tab of the dashboard
Click the Auto-responder text towards the top right of the page to draft your auto-response message.
In the new window that appears, type your auto-response message with any merge fields desired, and click the "Save" button.
Turn the "Auto-responder" toggle button within the auto-responder window or on the main page to "On" to initiate the auto reply. Turn the "Auto-responder" toggle back to "Off" to stop the auto-reply message. Only one automatic reply will be sent to a number in a given day.
