Managing SMS Campaigns Follow
A list of scheduled and sent bulk text messages is available in the ‘Campaigns’ tab of the desktop dashboard.
Search by description or message or sort using the arrows next to the column headers if needed. Hover over the Comment icon to view the message and click the Trash icon to delete a scheduled message and the Edit icon to adjust a scheduled message. (Sent campaigns cannot be edited.)
Click the chart next to the status of a sent campaign to view how many messages were successfully delivered. You will see a breakdown of successful and unsuccessful deliveries along with additional information like the percentage of errors from specific carriers.
For members with bulk texting, scheduled text messages are included in a timeline at the top of each of the reports.
