How to View the Contact Information of a "Not Registered" Tapper Follow
The desktop dashboard is your centralized hub to follow up with app users. It stores their contact information for you to access. If any Tapper listed in your "Tappers" tab have "Not Registered" in place of their contact information, they have yet to add the app to their home screen and open your app.
When employees open the app, they are prompted to register. Until they register, their contact information won't be readily visible in the dashboard. To view the obscured contact information, hover over the "Not Registered" text and click "View Number" or "View Email" to see the contact information.
If a phone number is obscured with the text "Blocked", the Tapper replied to a text with "BLOCK", so you are unable to view the number.
Click the "Phone" column header to sort by Unregistered Tappers. You can also view only registered tappers by using the filter function and clicking the "Only registered Tappers" toggle to "Yes".
