1. Log in to your desktop dashboard and click on ‘Account Settings’ and then ‘App Content.’
2. Click on ‘My Documents’, and you will see a blue arrow pointing to where you can start adding your documents.
3. You can upload files from your computer, or you can add a URL link. Once the URL or doc has been uploaded, click ‘Add.’
4. You will see that your document has been added to your documents section.
5. The next step is to add a button to allow access to a single document or your entire list of documents that you’ve uploaded. To do this, navigate to the ‘Screens’ tab at the top.
I will add the document button to my home screen for this example. Click on the page you wish to edit.
6. Then you will click the circle with the plus symbol on the right to add a new button.
7. Now, you will choose whether you want this button to showcase all your documents in one single button (Document List) or just one individual document (Document).
Note: There is no limit to how many buttons you can add.
8. You will notice that once you make your choice, there will be a new button at the bottom of the page for you to set up.
For this example, I selected ‘Document’ as I wanted to add just one document to this button. You can use the drop-down to change this if needed.
Next, I named my button and then selected the document I wanted to use from the drop-down menu on the right side.
Once you choose your document from the list, the button will auto-save.
9. One last thing to note is that you can use the two gray horizontal lines (on the left side of your button) to adjust the order.
Click the two gray horizontal lines and drag the button in the order you want it displayed in your app. You will see that the ‘First Time Home Buyer Checklist’ button is at the bottom of the button list, so it’s listed at the bottom of your home page (see the phone image below).
