The installation process for iPhones is straightforward. Check out the step-by-step instructions:
1. Open the text message and click on the link or scan the member's QR code.
Note: This is the process for any mode of sharing -- receiving a text, keyword auto response, scanning the QR, direct sharing through the desktop dashboard or Cardtapp native app, etc.
2. Safari will open and prompt you to click the icon at the bottom of the screen that looks like a little box with an arrow popping out.
3. The menu will appear, but you will have to swipe up to see the rest of the options.
Note: Do not press the share icon that comes up in the "show me how" prompt. Ensure you click Safari's share button at the base of the screen.
Depending on your app options for Safari, the URL might be at the top of your screen. However, the share icon will still be at the base of the screen.
4. Select "Add to Home Screen".
5. Confirm by clicking "Add".
6. Your personalized Cardtapp app is installed! You can launch it by tapping the icon on your home screen.
