If you are experiencing issues with Tapptracker not loading correctly, it is primarily caused for one of the below reasons:

  1. Your iPhone Operating System (iOS) version is not up to date

  2. Your current Tapptracker version is not up to date

To resolve these issues

1. Confirm you are on the latest version of iOS

First, confirm that you are using the latest version of the iOS (iPhone Operating System) by checking for any software updates.

To upgrade your device to the latest iOS, please take the following steps on your iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone device.

  • Proceed with the Software Update

This should resolve most issues you may be encountering with Tapptracker.

If issues continue to persist after upgrading to the latest iOS (applies to iPhone users), then proceed to step 2 below.

2. Update your Tapptracker version

  • Uninstall Tapptracker

  • Reinstall Tapptracker from the Apple iOS Store
