As a next step: I would recommend clearing your cookies in Safari for "cardtapp.com"

Here’s how to clear Safari cookies on iPhone:

  1. Open Settings > General.

  2. Tap iPhone Storage, select Safari from the list of apps, then tap Website Data.

  3. Delete an individual site’s data by swiping left and tapping Delete (see below)

Then, reinstall your digital business card app to your phone
