How to Reactivate Your Account After Cancellation from a Corporate Account

If your user account has been cancelled from a corporate account and you wish to reactivate it, you can do so by following these simple steps. This guide will walk you through the process of reactivating your Cardtapp account.

Step 1: Login to Your Cardtapp Account

The first step to reactivating your account is to log in.

Step 2: Select a Plan

Once you've logged in, you should see a view of available 'Plans.' Review the features and benefits of each plan to determine which one best suits your needs. Once you've made your decision, click on the 'Select' or 'Purchase' button next to your chosen plan.

Step 3: Enter Your Credit Card Information

After selecting a plan, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card information. Make sure to enter all the details accurately, including your card number, expiration date, and CVV. Also, provide your billing address if required. Once you've filled in all the necessary information, click on 'Subscribe'

Step 4: Account Reactivation

Upon successful payment, your account will be immediately reactivated. You should receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and the reactivation of your account. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact Cardtapp customer support for assistance.
