What the integration does
Creates a new Contact record in Total Expert when a CardTapp app is shared.
The new record is assigned to the appropriate Total Expert User as the owner.
The source field on the record is populated with the name of the referrer, indicating that the document was created using the CardTapp integration.
Contact records in Total Expert are updated with the email address if it was not provided when the app was shared.
Note: If the email address is not required when the app is shared, it is sometimes updated later by the Tapper/Lead or User/Member. When the email address is added or updated, it will be sent to Total Expert, and the record will be updated.
Contact records in Total Expert are updated with the date/time for custom fields when meaningful app interactions are recorded (e.g., mortgage calculator or application).
How to request the integration
Contact your Total Expert representative about the project and discuss associated costs.
Your Total Expert representative will assign a project manager who will work with the CardTapp integrations team and see the project through to completion.
What information is needed
A list of the Total Expert user email addresses to include in the integration.
The name of the Total Expert Contact Group to assign the new Contact records too.
The names of any custom fields for Contact records that you want to include in the integration.

Configuration Checklist
In order to request an integration between TotalExpert and CardTapp, you will need to obtain your unique TotalExpert user identifier.
STEP 1:
In TotalExpert, go to the top right corner of your screen and click on your name, then choose Account Settings
STEP 2:
Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen. On the bottom right, look for tile labeled 3rd Party Source Settings. Within that tile, look for the field labeled Username. This is your unique user identifier that will need to be provided to CardTapp to configure the integration.
STEP 3:
Submit a request with your Username so we can configure the integration for you.
