How to resolve a wrong name in the TappTracker Timeline

If you share your app and notice that the Cardtapp timeline displays a different Tapper name, this occurred because the other Tapper is set to the wrong status within your ‘Tappers' list.

Most often, the error is because their status is set to "This is me", which causes your app to display their name instead of yours.

To fix this, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the 'Tappers' tab in your Cardtapp app

2. Tap on the Tapper’s name

3. Their ‘Tapper Record’ will open

4. Click the "edit" button

5. If the "this is me" toggle is set to a blue "Yes", click the toggle button to move the position to the grey "No"

6. Click the "Save" button in the upper right-hand corner to save the changes made to the record
