1. Navigate to login.cardtapp.com/login
2. Click "Trouble logging in / Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your last known email address.
🟠 Note: Even if you have changed companies and no longer have access to this email address, you will be able to receive a one-time code to the mobile number associated with your account.

5. Enter the one-time code that was sent to the mobile number associated with your Cardtapp account.
🟠 Note: The text message may take up to 5 minutes to be delivered.
6. Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
7. Then, click the "Change Password" button.
8. Click the "Email" field, and use the Email that you entered in Step 4.
🟠 Note: You will be able to change your email address once you've logged in to your account with the new password you set.
9. Click the next button.
10. Enter the password you just set and click "Sign in"
11. To update your email, click on the "person" avatar in the top right corner of your screen.
12. Click "Settings"
13. Click the "Email" field.
14. Enter your new email address.
15. Click "UPDATE"
