Changed companies and can't log in to my account.

If you've switched companies and can no longer access your email address, don't worry - you don't need to have access to your previous email or inbox in order to reset your password!

Step 1: Go here to initiate a password reset via text message and enter the previous/last known email address that was associated with your Cardtapp account. Do not enter your new email address as you will update this in a later step once logged in to your account.

Step 2: Within 5 minutes, you should receive a text message with a six-digit code that you will use to complete the password reset.

๐Ÿ”ด Note: If you do not receive a text message within 5 minutes, the email address you entered was not found in our system.

To resolve:

Once you've recovered your login email address using this link, then start over in Step 1, above.

Step 3: Enter the one-time code sent to the mobile number associated with your Cardtapp account.

Step 4: Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
