Even if you have changed companies and no longer have access to your previous email address, you will be able to receive a one-time code to the mobile number associated with your account and regain access.

To update your email, click on the "person" avatar in the top right corner of your screen.
Click "Settings"
Click the "Email" field.
Enter your new email address.
Click "UPDATE"
