The ability to resend welcome emails to Members/Users is only available to Cardtapp Users with the role of Account Manager
Log in to your Desktop Dashboard: https://login.cardtapp.com/login
Click "ACCOUNT MEMBERS"
Use the search bar to find the user you're looking for
Once you've found the user that you would like to receive the welcome email, click the "3 dots" icon next to their name
Then, click on "Resend welcome email"
