Didn't receive email notifications for your Cardtapp app activity?

If you're expecting email notifications from us but they don't seem to be arriving in your inbox, they may be getting caught in your spam folder or your email is not up to date.

This can happen for a variety of reasons, but the good news is that you can easily resolve this using the methods below.

Email notifications getting caught in spam folder

Here's how to check your spam folder:

  • Step 1: Log in to your email account.

  • Step 2: Look for a folder called "spam," "junk," or "bulk mail" in the left-hand navigation menu. If you don't see it, check under "more" or "all folders."

  • Step 3: Click on the spam folder to view its contents and look for the email notification you were expecting

If you find our emails in your spam folder, you can mark them as "not spam" to ensure that future emails from us are delivered directly to your inbox.

Here's how to mark an email as "not spam" in some of the most popular email clients:


  • Open the email in question.

  • Click the "Not spam" button at the top of the page.


  • Open the email in question.

  • From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam)

If you've checked your spam folder and our emails aren't there, please continue to review the steps below to verify the correct email address is associated with your Cardtapp account.

Email notifications are delivered to the wrong (or outdated) email addresses

If you're not receiving email notifications from Cardtapp, it's possible that the email address on your account needs to be updated or verified. Here's how to check and update your email address:

  • Step 1: Log in to your Cardtapp account.

  • Step 2: Click on the gear icon or profile icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  • Step 3: Click on the "Email" section to view your current email address for your Cardtapp account and verify the email as accurate.

Completed the steps above and still having issues:

If your email address is up to date and you cannot find the emails in the spam folder of your Email inbox, please contact our support team using the messenger in the bottom right-hand corner of our support portal.
