Important information regarding the rollout of our Next-Gen Dashboard

We understand why customers may be interested in reverting to the old desktop dashboard experience, however, it is unfortunately no longer possible.

We are confident that the new dashboard, though different, offers the same capabilities and enhanced features/functionality when compared to the legacy dashboard.

The new dashboard also has a number of rich new features to leverage that will make sharing your app easier than ever before.

Can I revert to the old desktop dashboard experience?

As part of our commitment to optimizing customer support and preserving our current customer pricing, we will no longer offer assistance for our outdated dashboard after March 15th, 2023.

What is the Next Gen Dashboard for the Cardtapp platform?

The Next Gen Dashboard is a new and improved version of the dashboard for the Cardtapp platform. It is designed to provide users with enhanced functionality, improved performance, and a more intuitive user interface.

When will the Next Gen Dashboard be available?

The Next Gen Dashboard will be rolled out gradually over the coming weeks. Users will receive notifications when the new dashboard is available for them to use.

Will the legacy dashboard still be available?

No, the legacy dashboard will be deprecated and eventually phased out by the end of Q1 2023. Users will be automatically migrated to the Next Gen Dashboard to continue accessing the full range of features and functionality available on the Cardtapp platform.

How do I switch to the Next Gen Dashboard?

If you are not already migrated to the Next-Gen Dashboard, users will receive notifications when the Next-Gen Dashboard is available for them to use.

Will I need to re-enter my data or update my account when I switch to the Next Gen Dashboard?

No, all user data will be automatically transferred to the Next Gen Dashboard. Users will not need to re-enter any data or settings.

What if I have issues or questions about the Next Gen Dashboard?
