Why are my text message campaigns not being delivered?

If you are a Cardtapp customer with access to bulk texting features, you will see reduced / blocked text message deliverability if you have not completed the registration process for A2P 10DLC registration.

What does this mean?

Text messages sent using the bulk text messaging feature will be rejected by cell phone carriers until you have completed the registration process and your registration has been approved.

Ok, I've completed the registration process, but I still am seeing bounced messages. Why is that happening?
